About Us

Campgrounds

    Lanier's Campground is a 400+ campsite facility nestled along the intracoastal waterway between Holly Ridge, North Carolina on the mainland side & Surf City, North Carolina on the Topsail Island side. Lanier's Campground has 44 lots available for overnight camping, with the remaining lots occupied by full time, year-round tenants.

Management

    Lanier's Campground is Currently Managed by Donna Mitchell and Sandra Raynor, both are second generation Lanier children, and both take an active role in the day to day operation of the entire complex. Sandra and her husband Lynn tackle the physical maintenance of the campgrounds many lots and facilities, while Donna wrestles with the paperwork and the phones in the business office. Both share in the responsibilities for the campground's many amenities, such as the Swimming Pool, "Skeeter's Grill", the Arcade, Bingo and the Playground.
